Token handoff between design and code is still largely manual.

Designers export JSON, developers paste it somewhere, and drift accumulates silently over time.

The tools that exist are locked inside expensive platforms, opinionated about your stack, or output raw JSON diffs with no visual context.

There was no lightweight, open tool that made token comparison immediate, visual, and actionable.
